preheat oven to 400°F

grease your dish (i use cooking spray)

peel and slice your potatoes thin

spread a layer of potatoes on the bottom of your dish then put cheese

keep alternating between the cheese and potatoes until your have used them up.

mix up eggs like you would for scrambled eggs then pour on top of everything

bake it for about 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are done
