1/4 tspeach drop of red / green /orange colouring
TO SERVE
250 gramslongan fuits and syrup
1 dashlemon juice

bring water to a boil add dry agar agar and sugar then simmer for 10 minute

separate into 3 tray and add colouring then chill it
