I love crab cakes and wanted to figure out my own remoulade for them!
Steps

Start by putting your mayo in a bowl and string it until it's very smooth. A fork works best here it prevents lumps from forming!

Next add in all the other ingredients EXCEPT the lemon.

Now take your lemon and juice it making sure that no seeds end up in the final product. Add the lemon a little at a time. This way your sauce won't become to watery.

Now that everything is put together have a quick taste. Sometimes it needs salt. If it's too spicy add a tablespoon of sugar to level out the heat.

Now cover your sauce and let sit in the refrigerator for aa couple hours for the flavors to meld together!
