  • steak
  • 4mock tender steaks
  • marinade
  • 2 tbsplawry's seasoned salt
  • 1 tbspgranulated garlic powder
  • 2 tbspmanischewitz concord grape wine
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • oil to fry in
  • 4 ozcoconut oil for pan frying

    in a bg add marinade with steak marinate for 30 minutes

  2. 2

    in a pan heat oil add steak cook to desired doneness
