Cooking Instructions

put all ingredients in a food processor until well blended and bay leaves and red pepper flakes are ground. blend evenly and place in airtight container ..

I love Cajun seasoning, but I prefer to make my own, using spices and herbs I already have on hand and reducing the salt. This one is very mild in heat, because my kids and husband aren't fans of spice, but to make it spicier just increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
