  • 1/2 mediumjicama, peeled and diced
  • 1mango, peeled and diced
  • 1avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1/3 bunchcilantro, finely diced
  • 1lemon
  • 1salt, to taste

    place ingredients in a medium bowl

    squeeze the juice of the lemon over the ingredients and add salt to taste
