Ingredients

  1. 100 mlcoconut milk
  2. 4 tbspspring onion
  3. 1/2 cupcoconut oil or any oil
  4. 2fresh desseded red chili
  5. 3 tbspdark soy sauce
  6. marinate fish
  7. 4 tbspfish sauce
  8. 1 inchessize ginger
  9. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  10. 2 tbspshallot
  11. 2 tbspgarlic
  12. 2herring or any fish
  13. DashPepper

Cooking Instructions

40 mins
  1. 1

    Marinated fish for half an hour

  2. 2

    In pan with coconut oil brown fish both side till skin lighly crispy then add remaining marinate till pounded paste lightly brown then add coconut milk

  3. 3

    Add dark soy sauce and mix well let it simmer for another 2 minute

    Top red chili and scallion then mix well and off heat serve immediately

I love it. Only thing I do is water down the mix and I don't marinate it because it can make the fish very salty
