Coat boneless skinless chicken breasts with sour cream.

In a bowl or bag, cover each chicken breast with crushed cheezits.

Place in baking pan. Dab tops of chicken breasts with slivers of cold butter. Bake at 350°F for 50 - 60 minutes (or until chicken is done).

Prepare orange marmalade sauce: In small saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger, orange marmalade, orange juice, lemon juice, burgundy wine. Over low heat stir constantly with a wire whip until sauce bubbles and thickens. Serve with Cheezy Chicken. (It's good served over a fried rice on the side as well).
