  • 250 gmsPalak
  • 1 cupMatar
  • 6 tbspRoasted chana powder
  • 1 tspGinger,garlic paste
  • 1Bread slice
  • 1 pinchAjwain seeds
  • 1 pinchMan grail
  • 3 tbspMashed paneer
  • 1 pinchWhite pepper
  • to tastesalt
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Clean and wash the palak and matar.

    Pressure cook the palak and matar on a medium flame with one cup of water.

    After one whistle switch off the gas.

    Once cooled,open the lid,drain water and mash it.

  5. 5

    . Add all the ingredients except oil and mix well.

  6. 6

    Shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil until golden in colour.

  8. 8

    Flipping once in between.

  9. 9

    . Always cook in medium flame

    .Drain in paper napkin.

  11. 11

    Hara kabab is ready to serve.

    Serve hot with tea.
