Boil arhar dal by adding salt and let it whistle 5/7 times.

After opening the cooker add jaggery, Eliachi and Jaiphul and open cook till the water disappears.

Dis consistency sud the der of the puran and so let it cool down.

Prepare aata by adding salt and oil in it.

Roll the roti,add puran in the center, make potli and again roll it gently so puran doesn't cm out and fry it vth ghee on both the sides and Puranpoli is ready.
