Ingredients

  1. 2egg yolks
  2. 1 canevaporated milk
  3. 1cool whip
  4. lemon juice
  5. 1pie crust

Steps

    beat egg yolks (1 - 2 minutes)

  2. 2

    add milk

  3. 3

    beat (1 - 2 minutes)

  4. 4

    add lemon juice

  5. 5

    beat (1 minute)

  6. 6

    fold in whipping cream

  7. 7

    pour into pie crust

  8. 8

    freeze for 4 hours

  9. 9

    take out 20 - 30 minutes before serving
