Ingredients

  • 200 gmWheat flour
  • 4 tbspGhee
  • 4Boil.and mash potato
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • Chopped coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough of wheat flour.

  2. 2

    Make roti and add stuffing od potato and coriander, salt and red Chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Seal all sides of roti and make a bol.

  4. 4

    Roll again and make Prantha.

  5. 5

    Heat tava and cook both the side.

  6. 6

    Serve with butter or Curd.
