  1. 2cucumbers
  2. 2 tspsalt
  3. 2 tbsppaprika
  4. 2 ozlemons/lemon juice or white/rice vinegar

    skin the cucumbers

  2. 2

    slice the cucumbers into quarter-like slices

  3. 3

    put them in a large bowl. add the lemon juice (or if you prefer the vinegar).

  4. 4

    Sprinkle the salt and paprika on top.

  5. 5

    VOILA! you can either eat immediately or store in the fridge for an hour to marinate.
