  • 1 canPumpkin pie filling
  • 1 boxSpice cake mix

Steps

    I used half of a 29oz can of pumpkin pie filling

  2. 2

    Follow baking instructions for amount of heat and bake time according to cake mix box

  3. 3

    Mix powder of spice cake mix with pumpkin pie filling batter will be thick.

  4. 4

    Add a scoop of batter to muffin tin and bake.

  5. 5

    My cake mix said preheat oven to 350° and bake for 23-30 minutes!

  6. 6

    I made 18 regular size muffins and served them for Thanksgiving breakfast with some homemade chocolate cranberry sauce!!
