Buttermilk fried chicken tenders

Steps
- 1
Pour the Buttermilk in a mixing bowl.(just enough to cover all the chicken well) Mix in a little paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper in to the Buttermilk. Mix until the Buttermilk has an orange tint.
- 2
Put the tenders in the Buttermilk mixture and let sit covered for an hour.
- 3
Heat oil till its ready to fry
- 4
Take the flour paprika cayenne pepper salt pepper and Italian seasoning and mix together. There's no real exact measurement on the seasoning just play around with it and see how mild or spicy you like it
- 5
When oil is ready take the chicken one by one out of the Buttermilk and roll in flour then back in the Buttermilk and back in the flour then place CAREFULLY in the frying oil. Fry in batches and don't over fill your skillet
- 6
Fry until golden brown as soon as they come out of the oil sprinkle with salt.
- 7
Pair with any sauce you like and ENJOY!
