The sweet potato puts a nice sweet taste to the carrots, for those who don't like carrots and swede or turnip.
Cooking Instructions

Cut up carrot and sweet potatoe small
- 2
Put them together in a saucepan and boil until carrots are soft.
- 3
Drain off the water and mash together until all mushy
- 4
Add butter and mix, put onto a plate to serve.

But they will come out dry, so adding a little milk helps!Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the potatoes.
