Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupButter
  • 1/2 cupPacked brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupWhite sugar
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspVanilla
  • 1 1/3 cupFlaked coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat 350°F. Combine flour baking soda and salt. Set aside.

  2. 2

    In medium cream the butter, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla until light a fluffy. Gradually blend in the four mixture the mix in coconut. Drop dough by teaspoons into ungreased
    cookie sheet. Cookies should be 3" apart.

  3. 3

    Bake 8-10 minutes.
