1pear, just ripe
5 slicebacon, thick, high quality
dashpaprika
dashcinnamon
dashsea salt

Steps

Cook bacon in foil covered pan in oven at 400°F for 12-15 minutes. Drain on paper towel and cut into 1 inch pieces

Cut pear into 1 inch pieces

Lay out pear pieces and sprinkle VERY lightly with salt. With your fingers lightly sprinkle with cinnamon and paprika
4

Top each piece with bacon and spear with toothpick
