Just messed with this until I figured out the exact right combination of ingredients. Only problem is I don't like getting kettle corn at the fair anymore because this is better:)

Steps
- 1
Heat oil in large kettle and add three kernels. Cover.
- 2
Once all 3 kernels have popped, add sugar and immediately stir in the rest of the kernels and cover with lid.
- 3
When kernels start popping, continuously shake the kettle while allowing steam to vent from lid. Remove kettle from burner periodically while shaking.
- 4
Once about half the kernels have popped, remove lid and stir with wooden spoon.
- 5
Once all kernels have popped, stir in salt to taste.
- 6
Enjoy!!
