Ingredients

  1. 1 1/4 cup(5 oz) macaroni
  2. 1 tbspAll purpose flour
  3. 1 cup1% milk
  4. 2/3 cupShredded cheese
  5. 1 tsp1/8 tsp of salt

Steps

    Cool macaroni

  2. 2

    Put flour in a sauce pan over medium high and whisk in the milk

  3. 3

    Cook until thick approx 4 mins

  4. 4

    Stir occasionally

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and stir in cheese and salt

  6. 6

    Cook until melted

  7. 7

    Add macaroni
