Ingredients

  1. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 cupUnsweetened cocoa
  3. 2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspKosher salt
  5. 2 stickUnsalted butter at room temp
  6. 1 cupSugar
  7. 2 largeEggs
  8. 2 packages10 oz peanut butter chips (3 1/3 c)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Line 2 baking sheets

  3. 3

    In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt

  4. 4

    Beat butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time

  5. 5

    Add flour mix and stir in peanut butter chips

  6. 6

    Place mounds on cookie sheet and bake 10-12 mins
