Wash and clean the whole chicken and boil it for twenty minutes till the colour changes. Set aside

Assemble all the spices together

In a deep based Kauai melt the butter.Add the chillies to it slitting them into halves.Gradually add the remaining spices and keep stirring till the smell becomes stronger

Add some water and salt and allow the mixture to boil and get thickened.

Place the boiled chicken on a plate and spread the cooked masala on it evenly throughout.

Microcook the chicken on a moderate temperature for 8minutes

Once cooked take it out and moderately hand grill it on a low flame

Serve hot with your favourite salad.
