  • 2squares (1 oz. Each) chocolate
  • 1 cupConfectioners sugar
  • 3 tbspBoiling Water
  • 1 tspmint extract (optional)

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add the sugar and water and cook gently until smooth.

  2. 2

    Cool, and spread on cake.

  3. 3

    For chocolate mint frosting, add the mint extract
