Ingredients

1 serving

1 largepiece romain lettuce
1 tbspmayonnaise or veganaise
1 mediumsliced tomato
2 mediumripe avocados
1 tbsppink crystal salt
1 cancanned chicken breasts

Make guacamole of your choice. Now, using a fork, mix in canned chicken

Rinse and pat dry lettuce
3

Spread the mayonnaise on the lettuce
4

Add the guacamole mix to the prepared lettuce wrap, spread thick, but evenly. Sprinkle desired amount of salt
5

Slice and lay tomatoes evenly on the guacamole mix
6

Wrap securely, enjoy.
