  1. 250 gramsWhite Chocolate
  2. 2egg whites
  3. 2egg yolks

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180°C celsius C

  2. 2

    Melt the white chocolate down

  3. 3

    Mix it with your egg yolks

  4. 4

    Whisk the whites until it forms stiff peaks

  5. 5

    Fold everything together

  6. 6

    Pour into greased ramekins and bake for 8 to 10 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve as quick as you can
