Whenever I get fresh blueberries, I bake this savory muffin. The combination of crunchy streusel topping, light cake, and blueberries makes people eat one after another... :)

Whenever I get fresh blueberries, I bake this savory muffin. The combination of crunchy streusel topping, light cake, and blueberries makes people eat one after another... :)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Prepare streusel topping by mixing the ingredients with a fork and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

Add the egg, milk, and vegetable oil and stir.

Stir in the blueberries.

Divide batter evenly into 12 to 14 muffin cups. Sprinkle muffins with streusel topping.

Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
