  1. 1/2 cupbutter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 cuppersimmon pulp
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 2 cupflour
  7. 1/2 tspea. ground cloves, cinnamon & nutmeg
  8. 1 cupchopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  9. 1 cupraisins

25 mins
  1. 1

    Cream butter & sugar & beat in the egg.

  2. 2

    Stir baking soda into persimmon pulp & add to batter.

  3. 3

    Add flour, spices, nuts & raisins.

  4. 4

    Drop onto cookie sheet w/spoon.

  5. 5

    Bake 15 min. at 350°
