Ingredients

2 hours

24 ozJar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts
1 cupParmesan Cheese
1 cupMayonnaise
1 cupSour Cream
2 tbspPimentos, diced (optional)
1Crackers, mini-toast, small pieces of bread

Drain artichokes very well. Chop finely.

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir well.

Cook 1 1/2 hours on high, stirring occasionally.

Serve warm with crackers or mini-toasts.
