Ingredients

2 hours
  • 24 ozJar of Marinated Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cupParmesan Cheese
  • 1 cupMayonnaise
  • 1 cupSour Cream
  • 2 tbspPimentos, diced (optional)
  • 1Crackers, mini-toast, small pieces of bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain artichokes very well. Chop finely.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Stir well.

  3. 3

    Cook 1 1/2 hours on high, stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    Serve warm with crackers or mini-toasts.
