  • 1 lbElbow Macaroni
  • 12 ozCheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 12 ozSwiss Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 stickButter (in small pieces)
  • 1 quartMilk
  • 3 ozDry White Wine (optional)

Steps

3 hours 20 mins
  1. 1

    Cook macaroni for half the stated time per the instructions on the box. Drain. Place in slow cooker.

  2. 2

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes to prevent burning.
