Matar kachori
My mumma's given recipe for my hubby .
Steps

Step 1: grind the matar and green chilli together.

Step 2: heat oil in a wolk then add mustard seeds,jeera ginger garlic paste, black cardamom and cinnamon stick.

Step 3: once ginger garlic paste turn brown then add all the spices and mix.

Step 4: now add the matar mixture and saute until cook.

Step 5: now add besan and mix once it will cook then add coriander and let it get cool.

Step 6: Knead a dough with maida oil salt and water for kachori and rest for 20 mins.

Step 7: now make kachori out of it and fry.

For green chutney
Step 1: heat oil and add mustard seeds and jeera. - 9
Step 2: now crush garlic and green chilli and put together.

Step 3: once it will change colour then add salt and water and boil for 5 mins and take our from flame.

For red chutney
Step 1: heat oil and add mustard seeds and jeera.

Step 2: now add tomato sauce and salt with water and let it boil for 5mins and take out from flame.
Serve the kachori vth chutney.
