First you wash chicken and you cut it up. Then you put it in pot to cook will take an hour add salt and when it's done cooking you put in the hominy.

For the sauce you put in it you will need about 5 to 7 chilies guajillo you put them in a pot to boil until they are soft. You put them in a blender with half an onion, a pinch of oregano, and a pinch of cominos and a whole garlic and salt. After it's blended strain the sauce into the pozole you just want the juice from the sauce.

Let the pozole boil until hominy is soft. Enjoy a bomb pozole mexican style ;) you can cut up some radish and cabbage to put in it and if you like onion you can put that too an some lime to your liking :) enjoy!!
