Ingredients

  1. filling
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1/2 cupbutter
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 cupsour cream
  6. 1 tspvanilla extract
  7. 2 cupall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tspbaking powder
  9. 1 tspbaking soda
  10. 1/4 tspsalt
  11. topping
  12. 1/2 cupall-purpose flour
  13. 2/3 cupbrown sugar
  14. 1 tspcinnamon
  15. 1 tbspbutter
  16. 2 cupblueberries fresh or frozen

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla.

  2. 2

    In separate bowl, combine 2 cups flour with baking powder baking soda, and salt. Stir into the creamed mixture.

  3. 3

    Combine topping ingredients. Pour half the batter into a tube pan and sprinkle with the blueberries. Add half the topping, then the remaining batter and topping.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350 for one hour. Cool for 5 minutes, then remove from pan and finish cooling.
