Steps

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl (flour, sugar, salt, baking soda)

Combine all wet ingredients in a different bowl (eggs, vanilla, anise)

Wipe eggs, vanilla and anise together until light and fluffy
- 4
Combine with dry ingredients and mix just until all ingredients come together
- 5
Heat up Pizzelle press
- 6
Using a tablespoon, scoop 3/4 of a tablespoon onto the Pizzelle press at a time, watch until golden brown (30-45 seconds)

Take out and lay flat and top with powdered sugar dusting
