Ingredients

2 ozLiquid smoke
1 tbspSalt
2 tbspChili Powder
1 tbspCayenne Pepper
1 tbspSugar
2 tbspLea &perrins
2 tbspA-1 Sauce
2 cupWhite vinegar
1Brisket

Steps

Combine all but brisket and bring to a boil.

Cool

Pour over Brisket and marinate. Doesn't have to be long.

Cover tightly.

Bake 10 hours at 200-225

Pour off marinade. Remove and chill.

When cold slice, put in layers in big pan.

Cover with barbecue sauce and heat.
