take tops off of peppers and remove seeds (cut and gut)

Blanch peppers in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain.

Dice the brats and add the breakfast sausage, onion, and brats to a skillet. Cook until onions are soft and the sausage is cooked. Drain off fat

Add the rice to the boiling water with the worcestshire sauce cook until rice is soft.

Mix the rice and sausage mixture together then spoon into bell peppers

Top peppers off with equal amounts of the shredded cheeses

Cook in a 300°F smoker until cheese is melted. Enjoy
