Heat pan add moong daal and roast

Now wash it and boil adding salt

As it is almost soft add sama rice

Boil till it is soft

Now heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add ginger and cumin powder and green chillies

Saute well and add into the pot boiling daal and rice

Add jaggery and mix well
