I couldn't find much in my house but Mexican food sounded good. We didn't have tortillas so I threw together a soup! My family adores it. It's a weekly meal :)

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbhamburger meat
  2. 2 packagestaco seasoning
  3. 1 cancorn
  4. 1 canenchilada sauce
  5. 1 canPinto beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the hamburger meat while corn and beans are cooking in separate pots (makes them soft so you don't have to wait for them to soften in the end)

  2. 2

    Add taco seasoning, corn, beans, and enchilada sauce all together in the pot.

  3. 3

    Heat on medium for about 5 minutes then serve!
