Ingredients

  1. Sardine- 600gms/ 6 nos
  2. tspGinger garlic paste-2
  3. 1/2 tspKashmiri chilly powder
  4. 3/4 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1/2 tbspblack Pepper
  6. 1 tspLemon juice
  7. olive oil- needed for shallow frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Apply all ingredients on the fish and do make sure to rub the masala mix inside the fish stomach and gashes. Keep it rest for 1 hour in refrigerator.(atleast 30 mins)

  2. 2

    Then put on the fish and shallow fry the fish on medium to low flame. Flip the fish carefully after 5- 6 minutes. Again repeat frying for 5 minutes in same temperature.
