Steps

Take all karele, peel it, and and add salt and keep in 4 to 5 hour.

Now take a bowl add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp haldi powder and saunf mix it.

Stuffed it in karela and fry it in oil with very slow flame.

Now take a pan add Jeera and onion slice saute it, add cooked karela and curd mix it well.

Add salt to taste.

Serve with chapati.
