Pre heat oven to 160 degrees.

Measure all ingredients.

Brush tin with margarine and line bottom line with parchment paper.

Mix and sieve dry ingredients.

Cream sugar and margarine till light and fluffy.

Add vanila and lemon.

Add eggs to cream mixture one by one.

Fold in sifted dry ingredients until just combined.

Transfer to baking tin and bake for 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out dry.
