  1. 1 cupwhite all purpose baking flour
  2. 1 cupoats and 1/3
  3. 250 grmsbutter
  4. 1 handfulchocolate chips I use dark compound chocolate
  5. 1tea of bicarbonate of soda a
  6. 1/4 cupbrown sugar,
  7. 1egg (optional)
  8. 1 tspvanilla extract

    Pre heat your oven at 250 degrees temperature. this depends with the type of oven used. or the amount used to bake your other cookies.

    First Chop the chocolate into bits not very tiny. measure the oats and flour put in the mixing bowl. Put the bicarbonate of soda, add the vanilla extract put the chocolate chips. Cut the butter into cubes for it to melt easily when kneading and mixing. combine everything together, mix and knead together to make a. Smooth dough.

    Sometimes the mixture might not stick together to foam a dough if not you can add an egg. This helps to hold and stick together When ready Cover for 5 minutes. Rub your baking tray with a little bit of butter to avoid sticking.

    Lastly by using your clean hands pinch the dough to make soft balls by doing so, the dough should be smooth. After that put them on your baking tray, press the balls with a fork not very flat, space them so that they don't stick to each other. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. When ready remove from oven let them cool. Enjoy with your, milk, tea, coffee.
