Paan Ice Cream
Very refreshing....and so yummy ..
Steps

Chopped betel leaves.

In a mixer jar take chopped betel leaves, fennel seeds,rose petals jam and milk.

Blend it well.

In a bowl take whipping cream and whip it for 1 min on medium speed.

Add milk made to it and again whip it for 15 - 20 seconds.

Then add Cardamom powder, chopped dates, tutti frutti, betel leaves paste and green food colour. Mix it well.

Pour this mixture in airtight container. Add tutti frutti and chopped dry fruits on top.

Put this container in deep freezer for 10 - 12 hours.
