Ingredients

  • 4eggs
  • Bell peppers
  • Black pepper
  • Pinchsalt
  • Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • leavesCorriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onions and tomatoes and green pepper

  2. 2

    Beat the eggs

  3. 3

    Mix all the above in one bowl

  4. 4

    Add salt and Pepper.

  5. 5

    Whisk together

  6. 6

    Aligh your cupcake baking tins

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture half way in each

  8. 8

    Bake on low heat for 20mins.

  9. 9

    Serve hot!
