Wash properly and cut it into your desired shape.

Take a bowl put all the ingredients except oil &water.mix well.

Now add water and make batter of ribbon consistency,mak e sure absence of lumps. Leave this batter for 10_15 mins.

Dip the chopped ridge gourd spices in batter.

Fry it in hot oil.onmedium flame.once it Chang the colour (golden)turn it and fry another side. Serve hot with green chutney or sauce.
