Ingredients

  • 1sweet potato
  • 1white potato
  • 2parsnips
  • 2 stickscelery
  • 1onion
  • 2carrots
  • 3 pintschicken stock
  • Salt, pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Splashcream
  • 1 cloveminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and chop veg, add to roasting dish season and drizzle with olive oil roast 190 for 45 mins

  2. 2

    Soften onion celery and garlic in a large saucepan. Add roasted veg, chicken stock and bring to boil simmer for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Add cream just before serving and blend. Finish with a pinch of cayenne pepper. Can be left chunky is desired.
