Ingredients

  1. 2 piecesChicken Breast
  2. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  3. 2 tspGarlic paste
  4. 3 tspParmesan Cheese
  5. 4 tbspEnglish Parsely (Fresh or Dried one)
  6. 200 mlCrumbs Bread
  7. 2 tbspSalad Oil (Cooking Oil)

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the chicken diagonally into thin, bite sized slices.

  2. 2

    Rub the Mayonnaise and Garlic paste into the chicken. Keep it for 30 minutes.

    Chop the English parsely. Combine the Parmesan Cheese, English Parsely and Crumbs Bread in a bowl.

    Thoroughly coat the chickens with the bread crumbs mixture. Rest the chickens for 5 minuets.

    If you want to frozen these, you put the chicken Breast in Zip bag with crumb breads.

  6. 6

    Heat oil in a frying pan, put the chicken breast pieces in the pan. (Not deep fry)

  7. 7

    Then both sides become golden brown, put on these a dish.
