Ingredients

2 packetBourbon biscuit (2 packets of 200 gm each)
1 cupmilk
1 tea spooneno
As neededChopped dry fruits

Take bourbon biscuit and grind into fine powder in mixie

Take the bowl mix the above mixture and milk and make flowing batter

Take idli cooker put water in it and stand cover it and let it boil for 5-10 minutes

Now add eno in the mixture and mix well

Take small cake container or any vessel grease it with ghee or oil
6

Pour the mixture in the vessel and put in the cooker cover it and let it cook for 20-25 minutes on medium flame
7

Spongy cake ready
