  • 500 gmCrushed carrots
  • 2crushed beetroot
  • 1 bowlsugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1 cupmawa
  • 1 cupchopped dry fruits
  • 1/2 tbspelaichi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat ghee, add carrot and beetroot. Cook for 10-15 min then add milk and cook for till water is evaporates when it is constantly dry

  2. 2

    Add sugar, mawa, elaichi powder and cook well. Add chopped dry fruits and put in a bowl

  3. 3

    Garnish with dry fruits. Beetroot halwa ready.........
