2 tablespoonpoppy seeds paste
2-3green chillies
2-3garlic cloves crushed
2 tablespooncurd
1 teaspoonred chilli Powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil

Deep fry the eggs and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan add the crushed garlic paste beaten in curd

Add red chilli Powder and sugar

Add eggs and garnish with fennel seeds powder

Serve it with plain rice
