  • 1 cupbeaten curd
  • 2boil potatoes
  • 2 tspmeethi chutney
  • 2 tspgreen chutney
  • 1/2 cuppomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cupbhujia
  • HandfulGreen coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspchat masala
  • 1/4 tsproasted cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Arrange papris in a platter.

  2. 2

    Pour curd on it

  3. 3

    Sprinkle salt and red chilli

  4. 4

    Put potato cubes

  5. 5

    Sprinkle chat masala and roasted cumin seeds

  6. 6

    Put both the chutneys

  7. 7

    Sprinkle coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Garnish with pomegranate seeds and bhujia

  9. 9

    Serve immediately
